How it works!

The PDM Monitor is permanently installed on the machines and consists of vibration sensors and a local computer that sends the data to the cloud immediately. The data is processed and alarms generated along with spectra and waves. The system communicates any machine in alarm via SMS to the specialist to generate a diagnosis. The report to the client is also immediate via SMS.

Remote Monitoring

With the PDM Monitor, you can collect vibration and temperature data on your machines from anywhere in the world as well as analyze the data from anywhere in the world.

Any device with internet

Accessing the data is easy and readily available in your laptop, desktop, tablet or mobile phone.

Vibration Analysis tool

Data is available for the Analyst to pull and perform the Vibration Analysis needed to issue the Machinery Health Reports.

The Most Complete Software Analysis

Our software app provides the tools-vibration-survey to pull alarms, reports and analyze the data to the smallest details. The PDM Monitor App resides in the cloud and can be accessed from any wifi capable device. The app can display values, trends, vibration single or multiple spectra, multiple machines as well as complete reports based in the data collection.

We show the fault and tell you what to do. You just have to do it

Our patented vibration analysis algorithms detect the smallest changes in asset behavior, generating prescriptions on the fault and how the team can act quickly to prevent it.

The Components of the PDM Monitor are:

The subject of the PDM Monitor are rotating industrial machinery. Rotating machinery generate vibrations and heat, which can be measured to assess its health status.

Sensors
The sensors are permanently attached to the machine. The PDM monitor can use any piezoelectrical market available sensors or our propietary Mems triaxial dual sensors to collect vibrations and temperature together.

DaCo Box
The data transmitters are connected to the sensors via cables and powered by 120/240V depending on your location in the world. They send the data via wifi to the secured cloud servers.

Cloud Server
Our cloud severs are the latest generation, powered by AWS, capable of handling the hardest data communication and storage systems anywhere.

Reasons To Shun Battery Powered Sensors

Continiously powered . Not battery operated

Incorrect diagnostics due to intermittent data
To preserve and extend battery life, sensors relying on batteries collect data only at scheduled intervals. However, machine speeds and process conditions frequently fluctuate over time, and these variations and trends cannot be adequately captured by battery-powered devices

Inconvenience of battery replacements
Batteries have a limited lifespan and require staggered replacements. In operational machine conditions and remote locations, such replacements are impractical. Manual battery changes at intervals do not align with the long-term “man-less” automation that companies seek.

Fire risks in harsh industrial environments
Batteries, being Li-Ion in nature, tend to bulge, leak, and break under high temperatures, corrosive environments, and repetitive cyclical loads. Moreover, they have a propensity to catch fire, and lithium fires are notoriously difficult to extinguish, posing a significant hazard.

Sustainability and ESG Impact

Many global companies have net-zero and sustainability goals. The demand for batteries contributes to a significant increase in battery waste. Additionally, battery production consumes substantial energy, leading to higher carbon emissions. Opting for constantly-powered devices aligns with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and reflects a commitment to a sustainable future.
